“When I speak of olive oil, the memories of my childhood days come to me… The Christmas holidays passed among olive trees, where the olives were harvested with much sacrifice, and we counted on the help of some family members to make it faster and simpler.

At the table we never lacked our olive oil, it was a great pleasure and pride, turning our olives into a food so desirable and necessary for our health. I still remember that little almotolia (cruet), as it was called by my grandmother, always at the table and with a smell of the land, the greenery of the fields, that seasoned our dishes and filled our souls.

Today, this ritual has become passion and desire to share this essence of the earth: “Our Olive Oil”.
